Donovan R. Longmore is an avid entrepreneur with over thirty years of leadership experience in the entertainment, finance and healthcare industries.  Born and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Donovan migrated to the US in the early 1980's. He carried with him a dream of making Jamaica a better place for all.

While studying accounting at Central Connecticut State University, Donovan noted with disappointment the scarcity of Caribbean music on local radio stations.  Seeking change, he became an on-air radio personality with WFCS in 1988, which enabled him to host, market and promote concerts, fashion shows, forums and programs throughout the US and Caribbean. His passion to help others in the Caribbean Diaspora has inspired him to become an active advocate for numerous causes in the West Indian Spectrum.

Mr. Longmore is Marketing Director of Agrom Industries LTD, a nutraceutical food and beverage company whose mission is to brand and market worldwide agricultural products and services from Jamaica and the Caribbean.  A member of the Jamaican Agricultural Task Force, he supports projects aimed at protecting Jamaican crops from destructive insect and viral pests.  He is President of Earth Angel Productions (www.earthangelpro.com), hosts a radio program entitled "Reggae Voyage" on WESU 88.1 FM and the television program "Long Talks".

Donovan Longmore's leadership in humanitarian work has been recognized by by the State of Connecticut and the cities of Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA. A few of his numerous awards include Exceptional Community Service Leader of the Extraordinary People Awards, two Uollywood Awards in 2015 and 2018 and the One Hundred Men of Color Award.  He supports the Sickle Cell Foundation through Reggae 4 Cure fundraising concerts (www.reggae4cure.com) and is chairperson for PLOG, a non-profit organization that provides skills training and support for underprivileged children in Ghana, Africa.
