Manchester Rotary welcomes its newest member... Dr, Richard Kisiel.
 

Dr. Kisiel has been involved in education for many years and currently holds the position of Superintendant of the Manchester Public School System. Dick is also a two time Paul Harris Fellow and was recently a member of the Avon Rotary Club. We are proud to have him at our club.
