Candidates Forum

On Tuesday, October 23, 2007, the Manchester Rotary Club held a Candidates Forum so that the club members could hear answers to questions prepared by Rotarian and former Manchester Mayor Stephen Penny.  Representing the Democratic Party was Deputy Mayor Lisa Paggioli-O'Neill and representing the Republican Party was minority leader Lou Spadaccini.  Club members were given time at the end of the question and answer period to pose their own questions for the two candidates.
